FAQ

Everything you need to know about ordering your wedding stationery.

Am I able to order a personalised sample?

+

Yes of course, that's no problem at all!

If you'd like a personalised sample of a particular wedding invitation sample pack, just contact us with all of your details required for the sample and we'll be able to send over a custom order link for you to purchase from!

How can I place an order?

+
  1. Send us a message with the colour of envelopes you'd like to choose along with all personalised details required
  1. Once the envelope colour is approved and your wedding day details are received, we'll send you a mock up (usually within 7 days of your order).
  1. We'll start creating your pieces as soon as your wedding details are received and the order will be shipped out within 4 weeks!

Please make sure you have all of your details ready to send over once you've purchased your items, as we'll be able to send a mock up as soon as we receive them!

Can you customise fonts, colours and flowers?

+

Yes, we can change fonts, background colours and tweak the colours of some of the flower designs! If you would like a bespoke order with these changes, please get in touch and we'll be able to take a look for you.

Can we use our own wording?

+

Yes, we can work with whatever wording you prefer for your wedding and we'll be able to format it to make sure that it works on the design that you have chosen. If you're struggling to think of other wording choices, send us a message and we'll send you a few examples from previous weddings!

Will my wedding invitations arrive assembled or will I need to do that?

+

You have the option to choose either! If you'd love to put everything together and arrange them as a beautiful set, we can send the items separately. However, if you’re busy with all the other details of wedding planning, we're more than happy to assemble them for you—just let us know when you send over your details!

When will I receive my order?

+

Once we’ve received your order and wedding day details, we typically take around 7 days to complete your design and send over a digital proof.

If any changes are needed, please allow about 1 day per amendment.

Once you're happy with the design and give approval for print, we usually require 1-4 weeks to create and ship your wedding stationery, depending on our current order volume.

Are envelopes included?

+

Each of our wedding invitation collections includes a coloured envelope of your choice (1 for the invitation and 1 for the RSVP). You can message us with your preferred colour from the options available in the listing, but we'll always check which envelopes you prefer before sending!

How long will my order take to arrive?

+

UK delivery is £4.99 per order. Orders under £80 are sent by Royal Mail First Class, and orders of £80 or more by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For.

Orders are posted within 1–4 weeks, depending on the products and how many you need, but we always try to send them within 2 weeks so there's plenty of time for postage before your wedding. Once posted, they usually arrive within 1–2 working days.

Please see below for the estimated printing times for specific items

Standard Sample Packs: 1-4 days Personalised Sample Packs: 1-7 days Full Invitation Orders: 1-4 weeks On-the-Day Stationery: 1-2 weeks

If your order hasn't arrived by the day after its expected delivery date, get in touch and we'll start looking into it. We can also post abroad; extra delivery charges and any import taxes may apply.

When should I send out my invitations?

+

We typically recommend sending out your wedding invitations around 4 months before your wedding day. This serves as a helpful reminder for guests and ensures they have all the important details in advance.

For destination weddings, it's best to send them even earlier, around 6-8 months ahead, to allow guests ample time to make travel arrangements and return their RSVPs!

What should I set my RSVP date as?

+

Your wedding venue, coordinator, or planner will typically let you know when they need your final guest count from RSVPs, as this information is essential for caterers and other vendors.

In most cases, this falls around one month before the wedding, as it often coincides with a final meeting with your venue to go over all the details.

If you're considering digital RSVPs, creating a wedding website is a great way to collect responses and share updates with guests. Another helpful tool is the Hitched Guest Manager, which makes wedding planning a little easier!
