Delivery, Lead Times & Returns
Making time
- Standard sample packs: 4 days
- Personalised sample packs: 1 week
- All other stationery: 1–4 weeks
Your digital proof usually arrives within 7 days of us receiving your details. Please allow about one day per amendment. Making times start once you’ve approved your proof, and will vary with order size and how busy the studio is.
Orders are posted within 1–4 weeks, depending on the products and how many you need, but we always try to send them within 2 weeks so there’s plenty of time for postage before your wedding.
UK delivery
UK delivery is £4.99 per order:
- Orders under £80 go by Royal Mail First Class
- Orders of £80 or more go by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For
Once posted, orders usually arrive within 1–2 working days.
Lost or late post
If your order hasn’t arrived by the day after its expected delivery date, email gracefulstudiouk@gmail.com and we’ll start looking into it. If it’s lost in the post, we’ll make and send a replacement, and we always check your wedding date so we can prioritise it if you need it sooner.
International delivery
We’re happy to post abroad. Extra delivery charges apply, and you may have to pay import taxes or customs fees when your order arrives. Please contact us for a quote before ordering.
Returns & refunds
All of our stationery is personalised and made to order with your names, dates and wording, so we can’t accept returns or give refunds if you change your mind. This is why we send a digital proof first — we print exactly what you approve.
The only exception is standard (unpersonalised) sample packs, which you can return within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. Please email us first and send them back unused; return postage is paid by you.
Damaged or faulty? If anything arrives damaged or isn’t what you approved, email gracefulstudiouk@gmail.com with photos as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days, and we’ll reprint or refund it at no cost to you. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.

When should I send my invitations?
We recommend sending invitations around 4 months before the wedding, or 6–8 months ahead for destination weddings. Your RSVP date is usually about a month before the day — check with your venue.
