2. Once your order is placed, we'll personally message you  within 1-2 business days for your wording and guest names.
3. We’ll then send a digital proof within 4 business days. Nothing is printed until you give us the final go-ahead.

### Please Note

– Colours may vary slightly in print vs screen – Personalised items are non-refundable once proofs are sent

- Please double check the spelling of all guest names before sending your list over. Your seating plan will be created using the information provided, so it's really important that all names and table allocations are correct before your final mock up is approved.

### 💌when Will I Receive My Order?

It takes anywhere between 1 to 4 weeks from placing your order for us to create your mock up and get them sent out to you. Our usual lead times for each type of product is below:

- Sample packs: 4 days
- All other products: 1 to 4 weeks

These timelines are an approximate guideline and will vary depending on the quantity of items ordered, number of orders received. It will also depend on whether we have received the details required, as well as the digital mock up and envelope colours confirmations within that time! Once complete, all orders will be sent with Royal Mail on a tracked 48 hour service so items will usually reach you within 2 - 3 days from the date of posting.
