## How do I order?

1. Select the quantity needed of the product required and purchase
2. Send us a message with the colour of envelopes you'd like to choose and with the details required for the invitation and details (listed below)
3. Once the envelope colour is approved and your wedding day details are received, we'll send you a mock up (usually within 7 days of your order).
4. We'll start creating your pieces as soon as your mock up is approved and the order will be shipped out within 4 weeks!

- This card can be personalised to show any details you'd like, however the standard information is usually hotel options, gifting information or dress codes! Please also include your email address, phone number or wedding website in order for people to RSVP whichever way you have chosen!

All of our collections are designed by a small team with care and attention to detail, using quality materials and professional equipment. We always recommend purchasing a sample pack to feel the quality of the materials we use and experience receiving and opening your wedding invitation. You can then have chance to decide whether it's the right fit for your day before ordering a full set and sending them to your guests!

## When will I receive my order?

It takes anywhere between 1 to 4 weeks from placing your order for us to handmake the pieces and get them sent out to you. Our usual lead times for each type of product is below:

- Sample packs: 4 days
- All other products: 1 to 4 weeks

These timelines are an approximate guideline and will vary depending on the quantity of items ordered, number of orders received. It will also depend on whether we have received the details required, as well as the digital mock up and envelope colours confirmations within that time! Once complete, all orders will be sent with Royal Mail on a tracked 48 hour service so items will usually reach you within 2 - 3 days from the date of posting.
