### How Do I Order?

1. Select the quantity needed and purchase
2. Send us a message with a list of the reserved seating names and colour of ribbon
3. Once the names are received and a mock up is approved, your order will be shipped out (within 1-4 weeks)

### When Will I Receive My Order?

It takes anywhere between 1 to 4 weeks from placing your order for us to handmake the pieces and get them sent out to you. Our usual lead times for each type of product is below:

- Standard sample packs: 4 days
- Customised sample packs: 1 week
- All other products: 1 to 4 weeks

These timelines are an approximate guideline and will vary depending on the quantity of items ordered, number of orders received. It will also depend on whether we have received the details required, as well as the digital mock up and envelope colours confirmation within that time! Once complete, all orders will be sent with Royal Mail on a tracked 48 hour service so items will usually reach you within 2 - 3 days from the date of posting.
