# How to Order

A simple, personal process from first sample to your front door.

1. **Start with a sample.** We always recommend ordering a sample pack first. You'll feel the textured card, see the colours in person and open the invitation just as your guests will. Standard samples are dispatched within 4 days.
2. **Choose your pieces.** Pick your design and add the quantities you need to your basket — invitations, RSVPs, menus, place cards and anything else for the day. Every piece can be matched across your suite.
3. **Send your details.** After ordering, send us your names, date, venue, ceremony time, wording and envelope colours, plus a guest list for anything with names. Have these ready and we can start straight away.
4. **Approve your proof.** We'll design your stationery and email a digital mock-up, usually within 7 days. Need a change? Allow about one day per amendment. Nothing is printed until you're completely happy.
5. **Handmade & delivered.** Once approved, every piece is printed, assembled by hand and carefully packed within 1–4 weeks, then sent by Royal Mail — usually arriving within 1–2 working days.

Details to have ready after ordering:

- Invitation: Couple's names, Full wedding date, Venue name & address, Ceremony start time, Envelope colour
- Details card: Accommodation options, Gifting information, Dress code, Email or phone for RSVPs
- RSVP: RSVP deadline date, Return envelope colour
- On the day: Guest list with table plan, Bridal party titles (e.g. Maid of Honour), Menu courses & dietary notes, Table numbers or names
