# Delivery, Lead Times & Returns

- **Delivery:** UK, £4.99 per order by Royal Mail First Class, or Tracked & Signed For on orders of £80 or more, usually 1–2 working days after posting. Orders are usually posted within 1–4 weeks (aiming for 2). International delivery on request: extra delivery charges and any import taxes apply.
- **Lead times** (from proof approval): standard sample packs 4 days; personalised sample packs 1 week; all other stationery 1–4 weeks. Digital proofs usually arrive within 7 days of receiving the couple's details; allow about one day per amendment.
- **Returns:** all stationery is personalised and made to order, so there are no returns for a change of mind. The only exception is standard (unpersonalised) sample packs, which can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery for a full refund; the customer pays return postage. We recommend sending invitations around 4 months before the wedding, or 6–8 months ahead for destination weddings. Your RSVP date is usually about a month before the day; check with your venue.
