## Hello, I’m Beth

Graceful Studio is a small wedding stationery studio in the UK. Every collection is designed by our small team with care and attention to detail, using quality textured card, satin ribbons, vellum and wax seals.

Our designs are inspired by wildflower meadows, botanical gardens and soft French toile — elegant, natural and a little romantic. Each piece is personalised for your day and finished by hand.

We’re happy to change fonts, background colours and even the flowers in many designs, and to work with any wording you like. You’ll always see a digital proof before anything is printed.

## Designs that feel like you

Every collection begins with flowers: meadows in full bloom, cottage gardens, pressed botanicals and the soft blues of French toile. We draw on them to create designs that feel timeless rather than trend-led, so your stationery still feels right when you look back at it years from now.

Each design is made to be yours. Your names, date and wording are carefully laid out to suit your chosen design, and we can adjust fonts, background colours and many of the flower colours to suit your day. If something isn’t quite right, we change it until it is.

## How ordering works

Ordering wedding stationery should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Here’s what to expect, from your first sample to the day your stationery arrives.

1. **Feel it first.** Order a sample pack to see the card, colours and finishes in person. Standard samples are dispatched within 4 days, and we can make a personalised sample with your own details.
2. **Choose your pieces.** Pick your design and the pieces you need, from save the dates and invitations to menus, place cards and table numbers, all matched across your suite.
3. **Share your details.** After ordering, send us your names, date, venue, wording and envelope colours. We’re happy to share wording ideas if you’re not sure where to start.
4. **Approve your proof.** We design your stationery and email a digital proof, usually within 7 days. Nothing is printed until you’re completely happy with every detail.
5. **Made and delivered.** Once approved, your stationery is printed, finished by hand and carefully packed within 1–4 weeks, then sent by tracked delivery.

## The love and care in every piece

We use quality textured card, satin ribbons, vellum and wax seals, because the first thing your guests do is hold your invitation in their hands. Ribbons are tied, seals are pressed and suites are assembled by hand, or sent as separate pieces if you’d love to put them together yourself.

We pack every order carefully so it reaches you just as it left us. We’re a small team, so you’ll always be talking to the people making your stationery.
